US domestic shipping

Fine jewelry items are made to order and ship FedEx ground within 1- 2 weeks. Please note that we requires signatures to ensure safe delivery of your items. If you wish for a faster shipping method, please contact us.

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and certain European countries. If your country is not available for shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to get you your order.

Customers are responsible for all duty and taxes if applicable. We are not responsible for delays to customs.

Exchanges

Exchanges

All fine jewelry can be exchanged for any reason within 60 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Exchanges are processed within 1-2 weeks of date received.

Please note, all exchanges are at the customer's own risk. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packing or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
